I tried opening a document in Acrobat, waiting until it got passed the freeze, closing the document (but not closing acrobat), and then opening a new document from within Acrobat. I tried deleting the Acrobat folder under \user\appdata\roaming\adobe to have it recreate all the preferences. Then after 20-30 seconds of not responding it works normally. When you open Acrobat it is fine and then 15 seconds in, it hangs and says not responding. I tried unchecking the box that says "Automatically trust sites from my Win OS security zones." I have multiple users that are having an issue with Acrobat version 11.0.06 (creative cloud license). I tried adding registry keys I found online. I tried uninstalling and re-installing acrobat. It doesn't matter if the computer has network connectivity or not. It doesn't matter if it is a specific document or you just open Acrobat on its own.
